Tyranny of the majority

An old song - ....killing in the name of God.....

One does not have to go that extreme. Those who celebrate festivals are always in majority.Sure, one cannot complain. But to think that they have a right - including but not limited -  to playing songs on a loudspeaker and to having a high decibel revelry in public places is not fine.

If I get disturbed, I am a-social and, worse, mean. If however I had a loud private party at my home, I do not have social courtesy.

PS:
-What is further annoying is playing early-2000 songs during these celebrations. Bring new CDs or at least download, for God's sake.
