Mind plays many games. Over a period of time, we have avoided doing things that we had earlier wanted to do or done things that we would have ideally avoided. These could be simple things like avoiding junk food or wanting to do a bungee jump.
Mind keeps putting us first in a quandary and then in guilt. Much later, it puts these things in " not necessary to do" or " it is okay to indulge once in a while" category.
We are mostly about interaction between mind and body, primarily through a rush of chemicals passing through our body, which are again based on inputs, physical or psychological.
