Chance Everywhere!

Digg my article

Those who have read this blog know that I am a big fan of chance theory. It is our innate need to feel important and live till eternity that makes us see patterns and rationalize things and events.

My wife is a cousin of one of my - erstwhile - friends. This friend happened to accost me at a study circle, introduced himself and much later ended up introducing me to her. Such an important aspect of my life was caused by a random event.

Now one could say, if we go back to its origin, every thing or event will have such random, chance beginning. That is the point. There is no purpose behind many of such things or events. That does not rule out planning and free will. Sciences and Philosophies have been built on planning, control, organization, free will and such. It is important that Man controls the course of events lest life and world should become completely randomized.

I would yet say chance is everywhere!

I agree. Some call it destiny which has connotations of everything having been pre-decided by the stars. And they therefore ironically mean that there's no point in putting any effort into anything because what has to happen will happen.

It’s a sin to be afraid of doing stock trading in volatile market conditions. Nifty trading offers good trading opportunity in all sorts of stock market conditions. Nifty traders can trade profitably in all market sentiments.

Chance is everywhere. Hence, the idea of a butterfly flapping its wings in one part of the world and something huge happening in another part.

Hey everyone. Interesting idea for a blog. I have been checking out a lot of blogs and forums recently. Some are really informative some are entertaining and some are a real crack up. I've got to admit it, good job on this blog, I'll be sure to look in again real soon. phoenix security systems

Since 1973, only two foreign films — “Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon” and “Life Is Beautiful” — have earned a best picture nomination. Over the past decade, I can name a slew of films, starting with “Lagaan,” “Hero,” “The Sea Inside,” “The Class,” “Waltz With Bashir,” “The Lives of Others” and “4 Months, 3 Weeks and 2 Days” that were as good as or better than any American movie made in their year, but were all overlooked when it came to a best picture nomination.
